  • They are solely responsible for the accuracy of job listings and hiring decisions.

7. Content Ownership & License

  • Users retain ownership of their Content.
  • By posting Content on SkillNJobs, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such Content for platform operations and promotion.
  • SkillNJobs does not claim ownership of resumes or job postings.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
